Crystal Mountain Natural Spring Water

Crystal Mountain Natural Spring Water comes from a crystalline spring located in North Alabama and is certified as true natural spring water. The bottled water company not only comes from our surroundings in a natural way, but has become part of the community in ways that makes for a “natural fit.”
Along with its parent company, The Roberts Group, Inc., Crystal Mountain is dedicated to the community through its support of numerous charity events and business connections that best match the image of the management group that make up Crystal Mountain. The company strives to be a good corporate citizen.
What began in 1996 as a two-person operated business in a make-shift office, Crystal Mountain has now grown into an award winning business that is a member of both the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) and the Southeastern Bottled Water Association (SEBWA).Terry Roberts, owner and director of Crystal Mountain, is serving as president of the SEBWA through 2007. He and his wife, Nina, operate the business that now encompasses its own bottling plant, warehouses and numerous employees. Crystal Mountain has grown into the company that not only provides superb bottled water and other items, but has become part of the community in a giving manner that only Crystal Mountain can claim.
The Water
Drawn at the spring source at a refreshing cool 54-degrees, Crystal Mountain water contains no chlorine, lead, or other chemicals. Quality procedures ensure the water is consistently tested, strictly regulated, and is always of the highest quality. The water is carried directly from the spring through stainless steel pipes to sanitized bottling machinery. The water is put through several filtering processes that remove any physical particles and any possible biological contaminants.
The water is then ozonated, a natural disinfection process that leaves no residual odor or taste. The water is then transferred by fully automated machinery into bottles that have also been sanitized. The bottles are capped and are then ready for delivery.
Crystal Mountain is not taken from tap water. The water is 100 percent natural. There are no added flavorings, minerals, preservatives, or dangerous chemicals. Most tap water contains chlorine, which can have an odor or taste. Plus, tap water is tested at the processing facility and not after it goes through the pipes that lead to the tap. Crystal Mountain on the other hand uses its extensive testing process after the water has gone through the transfer process just before it enters the bottled container. Crystal Mountain makes sure quality is in every container.
Water Service
Bottled water comes in several packaging choices. The standard half-liter bottle is just one of the ways Crystal Mountain is available. The dependable water cooler, featuring a five-gallon bottle, is a huge part of the Crystal Mountain business profile. New, better serving coolers are provided with the purchase of Crystal Mountain water. The expertly trained sales staff can design a plan to meet a client’s need.
In addition, the company provides private label water for businesses with company names and logos appearing on bottled water. Crystal Mountain is proud to be the only company to provide private label water for the University of Alabama, Auburn University, U.A.H. and Alabama A&M University. The universities charge a licensing fee, which provides additional funding for the educational institutions.
The client base of Crystal Mountain runs the gambit. Businesses, as well as, residential locations make up the customer list utilizing the products and customer list utilizing the products and services of Crystal
Mountain. Those customers are contacted on a regular basis to determine if an upgrade of products and services are needed, or to find out if restocking is necessary.Customer service is a valid aspect of the business that the Roberts’ began almost a decade ago.
Crystal Clear Community Service
At the 2004 IBWA Convention, The Roberts Group won numerous Aqua Awards for its community service and advertising of its crystal clear water.
In the awards’ small company division, The Roberts Group took home no less than six Aqua Awards. The Roberts were on hand to accept the awards for the company’s wins in print advertising, label design, vehicle advertising, direct mail and literature, radio advertising and television advertising.

What is clear about Crystal Mountain is a desire to be a part of the community. At just about every community event you will find Crystal Mountain is there in support. Featured prominently at the Von Braun Center and Joe Davis Stadium, Crystal Mountain has taken the lead in supporting the community it calls home.
