Crystal Mountain Named as Best Employer

At Crystal Mountain we’ve always thought our great employees were the key to making our company what it is. And now we’re pretty pleased to learn that they think we’re a pretty neat place to work at, too.

Our employees have helped name Crystal Mountain as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama.” Business Alabama Magazine has compiled the list of our state’s 16 best employers for 2010, and we are so proud to be in the group.

Nominees from across the state were surveyed to evaluate workplace policies, practices and demographics, and each company’s employees provided feedback about their workday experiences. The data was then analyzed to determine the recipients.
