If you are a business customer, we automatically visit your office every one to four weeks, depending on your needs and delivery schedule. This ensures your cooler is always clean and ready, with a well-stocked supply of water.
If you are a residential customer, you’ll receive a schedule outlining the delivery days. You don’t even have to be home to keep Crystal Mountain on hand. Simply leave your empty bottles outside on delivery day and your Crystal Mountain representative will trade them out for full bottles.
